I worked with Dolev & Roshelle for my remodel and I couldn't be happier with them. They are a force to be reckoned with! They get things done and they get them done fast without compromising the quality of work. They redid all the flooring and tile in my house as well as replaced my cabinets and counters in the kitchen and took down a wall between my living and dining area to make it an open concepts. Dolev was full of great ideas that we never thought of and it really made or a beautiful final product. RODO Development is where it's at!

Loved working with Dolev. Usually it's hard to find a reliable source on these sites but I guess we got lucky. He remodeled our kitchen with new cabinets and counters. He also replaced the floors and a few windows throughout the house. He is currently working on an estimate for the next phase of our project.... my wife's bathroom and closet.. uh oh.. at least I have Dolev in my corner. Highly recommend!

We hired RODO Dev. and worked with Dolev and his team to renovate our house a year ago and they built a beautiful new home for us. But I wanted to post again because Dolev sent his guys over this week to do new dry wall and painting work I needed for free just as part of their ongoing customer service. They were professional, timely and did a great job just like last time. I’m a true believer in building relationships with the people who upgrade your life. This is why a good general contractor is great to have in your corner.

I met with Dolev from RODO Development back in 2021 for my complete home remodel and addition. He was professional, attentive and experienced and was able to take us through the entire process from architectural plans, permits, all the way down to the build. His team really sets the bar when it comes to customer service. He constantly kept us in the loop, met and passed inspections on time and truly helped this process stay seamless. We absolutely love our new home. RODO has a great crew and I could not say enough good things about them!

I call this company to get an estimate for a new kitchen a young gentleman named doleb was very professional help explain everything gave me a great estimate and I gave them the job. All my kitchen was ready 2 days before the due date looks beautiful clean great worker I appreciate them and I would definitely use this company for any other project I have

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wont be your cheapest contractor. However, I am competitive and pride myself on offering top notch quality in materials and craftsmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first have an initial meeting to help me understand your project. Then I would take measurements and gather a few more details and notes. Once I’ve executed a plan, I will provide a proposal/estimate detailing the scope of work including and start/end dates. Construction will then begin and you can sit back and watch us work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became fully licensed, bonded and insured after an extensive apprenticeship over the last 10 years. Add that to my wife’s track record (on the field and behind the scenes) and you have 21 years of combined experience.
