I reached out to this company, and right away, I got a response from Erick, the owner. He made an appointment the next day on a Sunday, on Memorial Day weekend. He was on time, and he inspected my roof and my addict and gave 3 options to choose from. He emailed me all 3 quotes with details on each estimate. He showed me pictures of a previous job similar to mine and from beginning to end, so I would know what to expect. He looked professional, and he was very professional in his presentation. He was no pushy at all. He provided his license number immediately when I requested it at the appointment. I was happy with the presentation, and he was clear as to my options.

I can’t say enough good things about Erik and Serenity. We discovered mold in our home and were understandably stressed, but from the moment they arrived, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. Not only did they completely remove the mold, but they also identified the source, a hidden leak we didn’t even know we had.
They explained the entire process clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with mold issues or looking for trustworthy leak detection. Great service from start to finish!
