We have now completed three major projects with Skyline Construction and would absolutely work with them again.We worked with Skyline on a garage/JADU conversion, a major kitchen/laundry/bathroom remodel, and a living/family/dining room refresh. Across all three, Eric and his team consistently delivered excellent results. Our projects involved everything from structural, electrical, and plumbing work to detailed finish work, and Skyline managed all aspects seamlessly.What stands out most is Erics communication and project management. He is highly responsive and personable, communicates clearly throughout the process, and does a great job walking through trade-offs and options whenever decisions or pivots are needed. Unexpected situations can come up with projects of this size, and Eric handled those conversations professionally and collaboratively.Skyline also managed the permitting and inspection process from start to finish, which removed a huge burden from us and made the process much smoother.Most importantly, the quality of the work has been excellent. His crews are skilled, detail-oriented, respectful of the home, and move quickly without sacrificing craftsmanship.Finding a contractor you trust for one large project is hard. Finding one you trust enough to bring back for three separate major renovations says a lot.Highly recommend Skyline Construction and Eric to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality contractor.

Eric, the owner of Skyline Construction and Remodeling, provided my wife and me with an estimate for a room addition that included a bathroom. I appreciated that the licensed ownernot a salespersonpersonally handled the quote.The results of the room addition and bathroom were excellent, so we decided to move forward with updating the rest of our home: the kitchen, den, living and dining rooms, all bedrooms, and two upstairs bathrooms. In the end, the entire house was remodeled.With a project of this size, we expected issues to arise, and they didbut Eric and his team addressed every one of them with professionalism, composure, and expertise. Eric was onsite daily to provide updates and resolve anything that came up.A major plus: Eric is a considerate, honest person who is genuinely passionate about his work.I highly recommend Skyline Construction and Remodeling to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a contractor they can trust.

Eric is the Best Contractor Ever! We met him and instantly knew he was clam and organized and had great ideas for us . Eric started right away step by step he told us daily what was going on at the house and walking us through the process. We were not living in the house and trusted him to take care of our place for us! Then 5 weeks later he was done yup unbelievable but true! We had our kitchen remodeled and 3 bathrooms remodeled too plus a few others odds and ends. Eric people were so clean and showed up each day worked hard. So if you have a chance to work with Skyline Construction you won’t be Sorry call Eric!!
