We have now completed three major projects with Skyline Construction and would absolutely work with them again.We worked with Skyline on a garage/JADU conversion, a major kitchen/laundry/bathroomremodel, and a living/family/dining room refresh. Across all three, Eric and his team consistently delivered excellent results. Our projects involved everything from structural, electrical, and plumbing work to detailed finish work, and Skyline managed all aspects seamlessly.What stands out most is Erics communication and project management. He is highly responsive and personable, communicates clearly throughout the process, and does a great job walking through trade-offs and options whenever decisions or pivots are needed. Unexpected situations can come up with projects of this size, and Eric handled those conversations professionally and collaboratively.Skyline also managed the permitting and inspection process from start to finish, which removed a huge burden from us and made the process much smoother.Most importantly, the quality of the work has been excellent. Eric, the owner of Skyline Construction and Remodeling, provided my wife and me with an estimate for a room addition that included a bathroom. I appreciated that the licensed ownernot a salespersonpersonally handled the quote.The results of the room addition and bathroom were excellent, so we decided to move forward with updating the rest of our home: the kitchen, den, living and dining rooms, all bedrooms, and two upstairs bathrooms. In the end, the entire house was remodeled.With a project of this size, we expected issues to arise, and they didbut Eric and his team addressed every one of them with professionalism, composure, and expertise. Needed to renovate a second guest bathroom and add an additional guest room. Called and spoke to Eric, he came out same day and gave us a quote. He was able to help guide us in our options and got us the best prices for materials.
We had a small window to complete this job before anticipated guest we're to arrive and they were on top of it.
From start to finish they did a great job. We're so happy with the final product and could not recommend them enough.

WOW I can't explain how pleased my wife and I are with the work Eric and his team did at our house. We meet with multiple contractors and because both my wife and I work a lot we didn't have time or the knowledge to manage and run the project, so we wanted someone we could trust and someone to guide us through this remodel. We got really lucky this finding Skyline construction. We felt lost while we were trying to figure colors, tiles, and cabinet's, Eric helped us every step of the way and made the whole process painless. I am really appreciative of all the hard work and energy that Eric put into our remodel. Now our kitchen and bathrooms look like a cover of a magazine. If you're looking for someone you can trust and A+ quality work these guys are the right team.

We are in the process of remodeling three bathrooms in our house with Skyline Construction. Two of the three are mostly finished and we love them! We are about to start on the master bathroom. Eric has been wonderful to work with and we feel lucky to have found him. He is always very responsive and understanding of our needs. He’s been extremely flexible with a chaotic schedule of ours and he’s made sure we’ve been happy with the results every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and is great at explaining everything to us. His team along with the work is A+++. We can’t recommend him enough!
