I had the pleasure of working with Tom on multiple projects in my home throughout 2024 and 2025, and I can confidently say he is by far the best contractor I've ever worked with. My wife and I used universal to remodel our guest bathroom, we were very please with the end result but the best part was the process. The communication with them was excellent, pricing was very much on par with other bids we got. Would use them for my next project

If you need a new pool done right, look no further than the Universal Remodeling & Design. Super knowledgeable, decades of experience, they walk you through all options and happily answer all your questions. Very responsive throughout the whole process - texts/calls - always available. They even got it done a week early just in time for summer! Highly recommend
