FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide custom estimates based on the specific scope of work. Bathroom remodel costs can vary depending on factors such as size, number of fixtures, material selections, and whether layout changes are involved. Because no two projects are exactly alike, we offer personalized consultations to give you the most accurate pricing and timeline for your unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an on-site consultation to understand your vision, needs, and the scope of work. During this visit, we take detailed notes and measurements to ensure an accurate and informed estimate. You’ll receive a custom quote within 1–2 business days after the meeting. We encourage open communication and welcome any follow-up questions. We also offer a complimentary second meeting to review the proposal, clarify details, and ensure everything aligns with your expectations. If you decide we’re the right fit, we’ll move forward with a contract—complete with a standard 3-day cancellation period. Once signed, we typically schedule the project start or demolition within one week. Project timelines vary based on size, complexity, and factors like permits or inspections. However, an estimated timeline will always be outlined in your contract for full transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

While formal education and certifications play a role, our strength comes from years of on-the-job training, working closely with skilled tradespeople, engineers, and designers across a wide range of projects. From structural framing and electrical work to plumbing, finishes, and permit coordination, we’ve developed a deep understanding of every phase of the construction process. Our knowledge has been built through real-world experience, continued learning, and staying current with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
