Daniel was great to work with. He showed up on time and kept me updated as he got closer; texting things like "be there in 10 minutes" which I really appreciated. He listened to my input, asked the right questions, and offered professional suggestions that made the whole process smooth. In my case, we discovered I needed a different TV mount, so I ordered one and it took about 3 hours to arrive. Daniel didn't just sit around; he left, came back later, and picked up right where he left off. When we realized the mount screws were too short, he made a quick trip to the local hardware store to save me time, came back again, and finished the job perfectly. Before the replacement, I sighed every time I walked into the bathroom. The old tub was covered in chips, yellow stains, and mold along the seams, and the shower door kept sticking and letting water onto the floor. All my attempts to tighten or patch things up only worked for a short time, so it became clear it would be easier to replace everything once and for all. I found these guys through this app, and the crew from GMounting carefully removed the old tub and installed a new one with sliding glass doors. Now the bathroom looks clean and modern, nothing leaks, the doors slide smoothly, and it finally feels nice to use it.
