Highly recommend Christian for anyone needing a homeinspection. He was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings throughout. He even identified a gas leak we were unaware of. This inspection ultimately gave us a clear roadmap in terms of what needed to be addressed and prioritized which is exactly what we were in search of!
Details: Routine checkup • 1,001 - 1,500 sq ft • 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Attic • Crawl space • House • Owner

Christian did a great job from start to finish with getting the homeinspected. He was responsive from the jump, showed up early, and was VERY patient with all of the questions and we had for him. At no point did he express frustration and produced the results within 24 hours with thoroughness and lots of information. Couldn't recommend more!
Just had an inspection from Christian and you can tell how much he loves old homes. He took the time to walk me through everything and was very informative and helpful. His experience as a contractor really added more depth to the conversation. I’ll definitely be recommending him to my friends that need this kind of service.

I would give more stars if I could because he went way above and beyond. Helped me with multiple issues AFTER the inspection and his job was done. Very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something, he knows the right person to ask and got answers for me very quickly.

stars WITHOUT hesitation.
I would recommend Lincoln Inspect to any & everyone that needs an inspection, sampling, or testing, from a professional, & compassionate service provider.
You will be educated on maintenance, prevention, or resolutions depending on a very comprehensive & individualized assessment.
I was unsure of how it would go but Christian was warm, down to earth, & ready to empart a wealth of knowledge to help us maintain a safe home as we build a new family. We are so grateful for the peace of mind that was gifted to us during this inspection.
I saved this business in my phone because I know that, if and when we move again, Lincoln Inspect is an affordable & honest company I can truly trust.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
typically based on square footage and any additional services you might like, pool, inspection, asbestos, mold, radon, or guest house.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
text or phone call, question and answer., Sign agreements and discuss procedure, go get it done. Question answer period again. Ideally my customers are on site for some portion of the home inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lots of degrees, but I ended up going into the trades because I like working with my hands.
