Christian did a great job from start to finish with getting the homeinspected. He was responsive from the jump, showed up early, and was VERY patient with all of the questions and we had for him. At no point did he express frustration and produced the results within 24 hours with thoroughness and lots of information. Couldn't recommend more!
I would give more stars if I could because he went way above and beyond. Helped me with multiple issues AFTER the inspection and his job was done. Very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something, he knows the right person to ask and got answers for me very quickly.

Christian did the homeinspection for the home that l am purchasing. He did a thorough examination on all the items that are required in the general inspection, and beyond that he provided extra information on the electrical layout of the house and the appliances' info for the particular brands. He spotted a lot of items that no one noticed. He has also pointed out the non code compliant items that could cause safety issues. He got the report done fast and followed up on the questions l had. Very professional and responsible. Highly recommended

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
text or phone call, question and answer., Sign agreements and discuss procedure, go get it done. Question answer period again. Ideally my customers are on site for some portion of the home inspection.

lots of degrees, but I ended up going into the trades because I like working with my hands.
