Christian did the home inspection for the home that l am purchasing. He did a thorough examination on all the items that are required in the general inspection, and beyond that he provided extra information on the electrical layout of the house and the appliances' info for the particular brands. He spotted a lot of items that no one noticed. He has also pointed out the non code compliant items that could cause safety issues. He got the report done fast and followed up on the questions l had. Very professional and responsible. Highly recommended
