I was very impressed with this family run business. Logan was very personable. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. The installers arrived on time, placed floor coverings over the work area and cleaned up after they were done. I am so glad to have this home project completed.

We have a rental with plaster walls and stucco with just a moisture barrier in between the walls. The complaint from renters was moisture and mildew build-up on very cold days with the heater on causing condensation where furniture and / or clothing was in close proximity to the walls.
After quite a bit of research online, I decided to go with cellulose injected in between the studs from the exterior of the house.
I inquired about the service with a few different companies, and Everguard Insulation was by far the easiest to work with. Gave them my estimated square footage, they gave me a price. Other companies wanted to come out and look at the place, and I just didn't have the time for that.
Steve and Cynthia answered all my questions, were easy to get a hold of, and showed up in the time window we had set up.
The crew that showed up went right to work, and the process was quick and easy. While they were there, I had the addict done as well.
If you have the need for insulation services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Everguard Insulation. Thanks!

2.5 stars if I could.
This was one of the most mediocre—if not the worst—experiences I’ve had with a home service company.
I initially contacted them to schedule attic insulation removal followed by new insulationinstallation. Right away, I was told these two services couldn’t be completed on the same day. Their proposed schedule would have left my home without insulation for five days. After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a Monday removal with the installation crew coming Tuesday.
On Monday, while the removal crew was at my house, I received a call from Cynthia informing me that the installation had to be pushed to Thursday because their machine had broken down. While I understand equipment failures happen, I was disappointed that there was no meaningful solution offered beyond an apology and a promise to call if anything changed.
The following day, I called to discuss the condition my property was left in after the removal. Cynthia could barely remember our conversation from the previous day. Rather than addressing my concerns, she repeatedly told me she was shocked because the company had been in business for so long and had never received a complaint like mine. That response felt dismissive and didn’t do anything to resolve the situation.
Removal Crew
* Not particularly friendly or communicative. * Asked if they could tear into a windowsill to make the job easier. * Played music from a phone in the attic that could easily be heard throughout the house. * Finished the job, took what appeared to be rushed photos, and left my backyard a mess.
Installation Crew
* A much better experience overall. * Professional, courteous, and willing to explain the work they were doing. * Cleaned up the mess left behind by the removal crew. * Kept me informed throughout the installation and left a much better impression.
Overall, the installation crew deserves credit for their professionalism, but they couldn’t make up for the poor scheduling, lack of communication, and disappointing experience with the removal crew and customer service. Based on my experience, I’d recommend looking at other insulation companies before choosing this one.

They say a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link and in this case our vacuum crew truly failed to provide you professional service. This is not how we operate, as you can see from our many other reviews we usually make people very happy and have been doing so since 1959 when my grandfather started the company.
I know our field and office staff tried to make things right but in this case we fell short of your expectations. This will be discussed in our next company meeting and we will strive to do better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first call onward, we spend the time discussing what the customer's project thermal and soundproofing needs are. After years of experience working solely in insulation, we can confidently give a comprehensive estimate right over the phone. Our knowledgeable members, can save you time and money by understanding exactly what you need and getting your project efficiently underway. We do have professionals that can visit for an onsite visit as well, yet we find with the right questions asked, we can get exactly what you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a California State Contractor's License for insulation, are Lead Certified, and have developed our own innovations for installing over the 60+ years of service.
