- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear and fair pricing. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. We offer flat rates for certain moves, and hourly rates with a 3-hour minimum for others. Packing materials are optional and only charged if used. We also offer discounts for students, seniors, first responders, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening — every move is different. We ask a few questions about your inventory, locations, and any special needs (like stairs or heavy items). Then we provide a detailed quote and walk you through the process so you know exactly what to expect. Once booked, our crew arrives on time and handles everything with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional packing, safe lifting techniques, furniture protection, and efficient truck loading. Beyond that, we believe the best education is experience — and we’ve completed hundreds of successful moves across California and beyond.
