Introduction: My name is Denis, I am a certified massage therapist based in Los Angeles. My approach is a result of many years of traveling around India and Tibet and healing practices in the USA and Europe. It’s a blend of the Western scientific approach and the Eastern intuitive and traditional techniques. This helps not only to relieve physical tension, but also helps you to discover the natural state of internal balance, peace and joy, the state “here and now”. My task is to help you redirect your attention from the external distractions and business of your own mind - to the awareness of the body. Together we will find your “anchors”. It could be a sensation in the body, the rhythm of the breath, the movement of life energy in the body, the experience of the silence of the mind and a present moment. I also often use techniques from the vibroacoustic massage, which has a positive effect on the psyche and nervous system. My favorite instruments are Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and Gongs.
