Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Notarial fees follow California state guidelines, with additional mobile travel fees based on distance, urgency, and time of day. Same-day, after-hours, and last-minute appointments may include a premium. Discounts are available for multiple signatures, repeat clients, and certain business or escrow packages. No hidden fees. Everything is quoted upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients start by contacting us with their document type, location, and preferred time. We confirm availability, provide a clear quote, and schedule the appointment. At the meeting, we verify identification, notarize the documents accurately, and ensure everything is completed correctly. Copies and next-step guidance are provided when needed, making the process smooth and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public, trained and tested through the state-required education and examination process. I stay current with California notary laws, best practices, and identity verification standards. My background in finance and real estate transactions adds an extra layer of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail when handling important legal documents.
