- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a paralegal specialist, mobile notary, legal researcher and writer. I work primarily in family law, dependency, contracts, probate, and real estate. I work with the help/supervision of several brilliant attorney mentors and do divorces, custodial matters, law and motion, appeals, mediation, credit repair, collections, evictions, and bankruptcy. Additionally, I do mobile notary work and document signings, as well as service of process. In September there will be Live Scan and more in-depth Private Investigation services offered.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone with decades of experience, who has had a background check, is fingerprinted, bonded, and has E & O insurance coverage as I do.
