Lisa was great to work with. I hired her to Plan my daughters first birthday. Lisa made sure I got what I wanted and was extremely detail oriented. She did a great job decorating for the event and all my guests loved her job. I would work with Lisa again

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Words can’t expressed how blown I am by Lisa’s work. Not only was she one of the most talented people I’ve worked with on Thumbtack, but she’s extremely kind, fast and very responsive. I was in an emergency situation and needed a project completed by the next day. She responded right away and went above and beyond to ensure she was able to get it done quickly. The quality of her work is truly top notch. She takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and will show you photos along the way to make sure you’re happy.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I try to make my prices very fair. I put a lot of time and energy into every detail of every event I do as though it were my own. I believe it's possible to have an event that looks beautiful and is very detailed without costing a fortune.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My process for working with a new customer is to speak with them, either on the phone or in person to hear exactly what they're envisioning their event to look like, specific details I should know as well as their budget. I also like to tell them about my event planning experience so that they feel comfortable hiring me based on my expertise. I then put together a quote describing what I would do for them, including a timeline and a price.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been planning events, both simple and very elaborate, for over 20 years. My clients have all found me by word of mouth or after going to an event that I planned and got in touch with me to plan their event.
