You couldn't ask for a finer caterer for your special event! We hired Ryan and his staff to cater our company's Holiday Dinner Party at our home last week! Oh my! I never dreamed food could be so good! Ryan is an awesome and clearly experienced chef. He was easy to work with and did everything I requested, but added so much more. He came with multiple glowing recommendations, including a guy who said he'd hired Ryan 20 times. Now I see why! To say that his food and desserts were merely delicious would be an understatement! Our guests were raving about the food and kept going back for more (we chose a buffet style). Best of all, when it was all over, there was no trace that Ryan or his staff had prepared food at our home... well except for some tasty and welcome reminders he left for us packaged neatly in the fridge. The kitchen and dining areas were left spotlessly clean. It just doesn't get any better than this. I'll certainly be hiring Ryan again! This guy needs to open a restaurant!

I could not have chosen a better chef to cook for our bachelorette party. Ryan was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and menu creation. He was very accommodating to our requests and when we changed the location, date and time of the event, he made sure to cater to our needs and never showed frustration. On the day of the event, Ryan showed up early to prep and even brought his own serving dishes and display boxes. I am not exaggerating when I say that the brunch he made us was one of the best I've ever had! Some of my favorites were: truffles grits, pulled pork hash, gumbo, and banana ice cream. All of which were made from scratch! Ryan was great to talk to and very humble about his cooking. We invited him to eat with us and he politely accepted. When we were all finished, Ryan proceeded to clean up all the dishes and pots, ensuring we had containers to put the leftovers in. All in all, I would hire Ryan again in a heartbeat! 5 takeaway points: 1. Excellent chef 2. Professional, Prompt and responsive 3. Affordable rates 4. Personable and modest 5. Cleans up afterwards
