I was a 6’2 almost 270 lb guy. I went to the gym but still did not manage to lose any weight. I knew i struggled with nutrition. CBL fitness was able to help me with my nutrition and i learned a lot of new workouts and things about the gym…who knew resting 2-3 minutes between sets would make such a diference. I am down to 240 lbs now.

CBL fitness has been changed my life. I wanted to start working out for the longest time but the gym was just so intimidating. And having an in person trainer was just not something I could commit to time wise. I was able to get a customized program for me to help me reach my goals. I love that everything is online and that you get weekly check ins. There have been off days for me in which I feel deterred but my couch is always understanding and will help me get back on track. What I can really say is if you want to see the results you have to be patient and be committed. Some days felt hard but after a few weeks I started seeing results I’ve never had before in my life. Highly recommend if you are new to fitness or just need accountability like myself.
