With over 15 years of experience in personal training and nutrition coaching, I am a veteran when it comes to helping you look and feel your best. I especially enjoy watching the transformation in my clients. I take a holistic approach to my training and believe bodies are made in the kitchen. Therefore, in addition to the time we spend in the gym, I will also focus a significant amount of time with you on how improve your diet to complement your physical activity and reach your fitness goals. As someone who’s also lost over 60 pounds, I understand the struggles that sometimes accompany body transformations and am going to work with you to create a curated program that supports your physical and mental wellbeing, while still being challenging.
