Tiffany listened carefully as I explained the specific issues I was having before starting the massage. She even found a couple new areas of tightness that my PT later confirmed were an issue. I graduated Southern California Health Institute’s 900 hour Personal Trainer Program, Earning NASM Personal Trainer certification. I earned a 200 hour credential from South West Institute of Healing Arts, Specializing in Holistic Nutrition. I attended The New School for Public Engagement and Studied Creative Art and Health Modalities such as Writing Therapy, Music Therapy and Dance Movement Therapy.
