Jacqueline is very nice to work with, flexible in her schedule and very responsive. She tailored all of the workouts to me very well. I've had some injuries in the past so I'm a little more cautious but she keeps in mind my weaknesses very well. She also does a great job at preparing me for my tennis game. After each workout she sends me the exercises so I am able to work on them throughout the week. Overall I'm super happy to be working with her.

Prices depend on the service and location. I offer remote sessions, as well as in person, where I can travel to you. I'm currently offering: - Nutrition Counseling (remote and in-person) - Reiki (remote and in person) - Athletic Cupping/Stretching (in-person) - 1on1 Fitness sessions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning our first session, I highly recommend a free consultation. This brief phone call will address any questions you have and also talk about your goals for the future. Depending on each individualized need, we will then create a plan to help achieve your goals. Everyone has different goals and different needs. Therefore, I will never use a cookie cutter "routine". Each program is tailored to YOUR goals and interests.
