Karine was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgable, funny and very structured. I felt safe with her and she listened to my concerns. The workout was superior and I cannot wait to see her again next week! She was punctual and very resonsive as well!

Karine is the real deal!!! She is so knowledgeable and it is always a pleasure taking her classes. She is welcoming and so so sweet and makes Pilates feel so approachable especially for beginners. She will always give accommodations when necessary making her classes suitable for students of all levels. I can't say enough good things about her and her classes.

I’m not typically someone who sees results with Pilates, but after taking karine’s classes, I’m toning my body and building muscle. I came in with a prior car accident back injury, and she took care of me and gave me workouts that specifically fit for me and my body. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

She is a very knowledgeable instructor who doesnt only say itll work but actually proves it. She pushes you to the absolute maximum, higher than you think you can go. I highly recommend her, you wont be disappointed.
