What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and competitive. Pricing includes material and labor. Additionally, we offer Veteran and Senior Citizen discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a meeting at the property. The roof expert gets on the roof and does an inspection. We do a walk through around the perimeter to check for any damages. Then, we explain the scope of work and provide any other information the customer may need including the cost of the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been in the industry for over 20 years with the family business, that is continuing to grow and pass down from generation to generation.
