We work with homeowners across Los Angeles and Ventura counties: the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, Central and South LA, the South Bay, the San Gabriel Valley, Santa Clarita, the Conejo Valley and North Orange County. We replace roofs and fix the smaller problems too: a leak, loose flashing, cracked tiles or shingles that blew off in the wind. We also install, replace and repair gutters and downspouts. The first visit is free. We look the roof over and give you what we found in writing, together with a scope and a price for your home. Nothing gets signed until you've seen all of it. If the job needs a permit, we pull it from the city, meet the inspector on site and stay with it through the final inspection. If solar panels sit on the roof, their removal and reinstall can be coordinated as an option during the roof work. We'll work out the payment schedule with you before the contract is signed, and there are financing options if that helps.
