I couldn't be happier with Shylee Roofing and Construction. Tiffany and crew did a fantastic job tearing down and replacing our roof. I got bids from a half dozen other contractors and Tiffanys bid was competitive and well priced, Tiffany explained on our initial consult that their pricing is aggressive because they DO NOT HAVE sales people so no commission is needed to be paid. Shylee constructions warranty, price and friendly service put me over the edge. To my surprise, they completed the job in record time--much faster than anticipated and quoted. I would definitely recommend Shylee roofing and construction and I would go to them again for any roofing needs. Its nice to find a contractor you can trust. You can't go wrong with them. 10/10.

Thank you Shylee construction David and TiffanyFor the great job that you did in my house ,I was looking for a company that would be able to replace my roof I call several company shylee construction was The most professional when they did the inspection and I will tell you why !!!! no other company offered to go into the attic to check if I have plywood !!!! and David that come to my house to check and Measure the roof told me that he wants to go to the attic to make sure that they have plywood so there was no surprises on pricing during the job something that always frustrated when you working with a contractor and he telling you that you need to pay more after you agreed on a price already,So David found that I dont have plywood and I got the full price also included the insulation replacement because he knows that all the debris will fall in to the attic so we did the attic cleaning sanitation and we put back new insulation that will help with efficiency of the house and save a little bit more money try cooling the house,overall it was a great experience everything was on time in Tiffany coordinate everything with the city inspections it was just a great service from a great company !!!!thank you so much and from now on I know that i have a contractor for all future project

Literally my roof was falling apart - pre COVID damage and the fix was long long overdue. I went through various companies that had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Until Shylee Construction came through when I thought Id end up getting stuck with one of their competitors. There was a lot of previous damage and when my husband and I split up, I was left to dealing with this insane project all by myself, barely working because of Covid and inquiring with every last possible company on what my options were. Not only does this company make sure that youre kept informed every step of the way, they meet timelines, they answer all your questions no matter how annoying they tend to be, and they make sure that you know exactly what youre paying for, and are honest. They dont gauge or take advantage of you. And their price was the best of all my bids. Literally got a quote over the phone! Do you think thats not a lot to ask most people. They literally finished a week ahead of schedule and right before the first leaves started falling off the trees. I cannot thank you guys enough. Tiffany - I dont have words to describe how truly grateful we are for all your hard work. Thanks so much for letting me drive you crazy with all my crazy questions and believe me I will be sending anyone and everyone I know hour way.

We called 5 different roofing companies that had good reviews on Yelp and Tiffany from Shylee Roofing was one of the 2 companies that picked up the phone.
When we called, Tiffany picked up the call herself! We scheduled for her to come check out our roof in a few days. Dave, their technician, showed up on time at the door. To keep everyone safe, he entered through the back and the whole appointment was done outdoors. He was efficient and gave us a good quotation.
From when we decided to go with Shylee Roofing to when his crew completed the project, it was less than a week. The crew was efficient and they cleaned up well every day before they left. We really appreciated that. They did a deeper clean on the very last day before taking off. Tiffany came the next day to pick up the check and schedule for the inspection.
Inspection was also super easy. The guy who came was super respectful because of Covid. He walked into our place and saw that the smoke detectors were intact, gave some advice and politely walked out. He was in our house for maybe 5 minutes tops and when he approached the door, he actually took a step back and let us open the door (contactless yay!) - which we really appreciate.
We had been considering installing solar panels after the roof and Tiffany reminded us of the tax credits we will be able to get if we do it by the end of the year, but he wasn't pushing for us to have it done asap. In fact, she even told us to go back and check our bills to see if it actually makes sense to do it. After review of our utility bills we did see we would benefit and contracted Shylee Roofing to do our solar system. The process was so easy, Tiffany kept us up to date on the plans/permit process. The system was permitted and installed in less than 1 month!!
Tiffany is the kind of business owner who really cares for her customers, she literally responds to texts and emails at all hours!
Would definitely recommend her for any energy efficient upgrades!

Tiffany is candid, honest, and a pleasure to work with. She provided me with the most competitive price quotes for my roof, and followed that up with quality materials and installation! And most importantly, Tiffany was consistent and communicative throughout the construction process. Tiffany and her team were ON TIME and WITHIN BUDGET.It's really hard to find an honest, skilled, and affordable construction company in LA. Very grateful to have found Shylee Construction!
