Shylee Construction is AMAZING! Tiffany is awesome. She is so personable and helpful. We are putting a new roof on and it's the first time my husband and I are doing this. No matter what time I text her with questions, she responds right away. She became like a friend. If you want quality work done, you NEED to hire Shylee Construction! They also beat every quote we got. I highly recommend this company. 😊

Thank you Shylee construction David and TiffanyFor the great job that you did in my house ,I was looking for a company that would be able to replace my roof I call several company shylee construction was The most professional when they did the inspection and I will tell you why !!!! no other company offered to go into the attic to check if I have plywood !!!! and David that come to my house to check and Measure the roof told me that he wants to go to the attic to make sure that they have plywood so there was no surprises on pricing during the job something that always frustrated when you working with a contractor and he telling you that you need to pay more after you agreed on a price already,So David found that I dont have plywood and I got the full price also included the insulation replacement because he knows that all the debris will fall in to the attic so we did the attic cleaning sanitation and we put back new insulation that will help with efficiency of the house and save a little bit more money try cooling the house,overall it was a great experience everything was on time in Tiffany coordinate everything with the city inspections it was just a great service from a great company !!!!thank you so much and from now on I know that i have a contractor for all future project

My best experience ever in consideration
Everything went well, timeline was great, Tiffany Coordinate everything and update me I didn’t need to do anything basically joy my new roof and insulation replacement ,
They passed every city inspection on the first time , and it was just a great experience recommended five-star company.

We called 5 different roofing companies that had good reviews on Yelp and Tiffany from Shylee Roofing was one of the 2 companies that picked up the phone.
When we called, Tiffany picked up the call herself! We scheduled for her to come check out our roof in a few days. Dave, their technician, showed up on time at the door. To keep everyone safe, he entered through the back and the whole appointment was done outdoors. He was efficient and gave us a good quotation.
From when we decided to go with Shylee Roofing to when his crew completed the project, it was less than a week. The crew was efficient and they cleaned up well every day before they left. We really appreciated that. They did a deeper clean on the very last day before taking off. Tiffany came the next day to pick up the check and schedule for the inspection.
Inspection was also super easy. The guy who came was super respectful because of Covid. He walked into our place and saw that the smoke detectors were intact, gave some advice and politely walked out. He was in our house for maybe 5 minutes tops and when he approached the door, he actually took a step back and let us open the door (contactless yay!) - which we really appreciate.
We had been considering installing solar panels after the roof and Tiffany reminded us of the tax credits we will be able to get if we do it by the end of the year, but he wasn't pushing for us to have it done asap. In fact, she even told us to go back and check our bills to see if it actually makes sense to do it. After review of our utility bills we did see we would benefit and contracted Shylee Roofing to do our solar system. The process was so easy, Tiffany kept us up to date on the plans/permit process. The system was permitted and installed in less than 1 month!!
Tiffany is the kind of business owner who really cares for her customers, she literally responds to texts and emails at all hours!

Tiffany is candid, honest, and a pleasure to work with. She provided me with the most competitive price quotes for my roof, and followed that up with quality materials and installation! And most importantly, Tiffany was consistent and communicative throughout the construction process. Tiffany and her team were ON TIME and WITHIN BUDGET.It's really hard to find an honest, skilled, and affordable construction company in LA. Very grateful to have found Shylee Construction!
