This review is on the estimate:I am currently looking into doing a roofreplacement. I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac from Smart Roofing. He inspected my roof and provided me with an affordable and decent price. He gave the estimated price right on the spot; it was all written down. He broke everything down and how many days it would take for the job to be done.The materials they would be using would be top-notch. I like how they have a 10-year labor warranty and the material a lifetime by the manufacture. Best of all, I did like how they would not charge me extra on the wood. This part is tremendous, primarily due to the current supply shortage and fluctuating price of lumber. I had confided with Isaac that my biggest fear would be that the price would change while my roof was being worked on due to these lumber shortages. Isaac guaranteed me that would not happen. This guarantee put me at ease.I look forward to working with Smart Roofing soon.

I just bought an older home and needed a new roof. I had called a few roofing companies and got estimates, there were prices quite high was told we e-mail your estimate.Then I call smart Roofing and Isaac Dadon came out gave me an estimate in writing everything itemized and was a fair price. He explained the whole process about the new roof and answered all questions.The day came for the tear off and I was expecting that when come home a debris field. Surprise roof gone yard clean. At the end of every workday the area is clean. They exceed my expectation 1000 percent.They treat you as family not a customer, as if the roof going on their own house.From start to finish I was blown away how the roofing job went.Thank you again everyone at smart Roofing for a job well done.Robert & Blanca Higgins

I saw my neighbor hired Smart Roofing to replace his old roof so I contacted them when I was suggested a roofreplacement by a previous contractor who had repaired my roof. I got a lower quote but good value with double the warranty and also included installing a silicon layer for my patio roof. Isaac the person in charged had me scheduled this week. The roofers on his team promptly showed up at 7 am to remove 3 layers of material on my old roof: Gerald tiles, wood shake (old roof before Gerald) and an underlayer. I noticed they had to use a big rack to rack the layers off the roof but amazing they finished removal and added "cool+" plywood before 4 pm. After inspection, a delivery company brought the roof material and the next day the installation by the roofing team began promptly at 7 am. While I was taking my siesta they were done, cleaned up and left. Isaac the project manager came to inspect and took pictures with his drone. Of course there was a slight mishap: when knocking out old wood, a piece put a hole in my ceiling. It was promptly patched. My impression of this company is: it is efficient, reasonable cost, has a great working crew that is well trained and provides good value for the money.

I had the unfortunate incident of hiring a so-called roofer contractor referred by a frirnd. the work started at the end of September and, by December 2020, when it rained we had waterfalls in two bedrooms. No amount of repair even with a master roofer could fix the damage. The contractor left the job. After a few months, I I contacted several roofing companies. Finally I called. LASmart Roofing and Evi came to take pictures with his drone. We discussed the price, quality of roof, workmanship. Smart roofing had price which could not be beat by others. On top of theytook care of the permits and inspection. The roof for the apartment, garage and repair patio roof took 5 days. Not only that Evi was always available for questions. By the end of the fifth day, his roofers even cleaned out all the mess the other contactor left behind.I can keep on and on with praising Levi, Evi and company. Suffice it to say, WHEN YOU NEED A ROOFER , CALL SMART ROOFING.

Smart Roofinginstalled a roof 2 blocks from our home and the demolition and installation went extremely fast which is what impressed me. We had a meeting with Isaac where he discussed price & material options thoroughly.
