I called Arana roofing because I saw the great reviews and needed a roof inspection due to moisture found in my walls. They came the next day and let me know the issue along with other findings needing maintenance. I typically get multiple quotes but chose to move forward with Arana because Sean made me feel confident I was receiving a fair price and guaranteed their quality of work. The roofing repair was scheduled very soon after the inspection and complete in one day. I like how they provide before and after photos for everything and even helped us go on the roof to verify everything with them (our request) . At the end , Sean worked with me to lower the price a bit which I really appreciate. Sean was great to work with!

It was a great experience having Avi and his team replacing the roof on my former garage, remodeled into a studio. The roof was old and worn out, but after the big storm in February I had a huge leak in the studio. My contractor somehow patched it and said: “You must put a new roof before the next big storm comes.” So it was a priority for me to fix the roof before the rainy season. I had a few companies come for the estimate. Avi came himself to inspect the roof, climbed up, and he was very straightforward about the job , no much philosophy, he said it was a one day job, and they could come to fix it in a few days. He was very confident and professional. Indeed, in 3 days he was at my property with a few workers, on Monday the Labor Day holiday! It was perfect timing. They brought new roof shingles in the light amber color I chose, showed sharp on time, and worked all the way till 4:00pm with a short lunch break. Along the way they found another hidden layer on the roof under the current roof that wasn’t taken properly off by the previous owners. Avi immediately informed me, that discovery raised very slightly the price we agreed to, Avi was very fair in that regard bc the workers had to do double labor, and the old roof debris that had to be dumped also doubled. The pictures that show the state of the roof at the beginning of the day, the work progress, and the final result speak for themselves. As an extra they cut all the oak tree branches that were hanging over the roof and cleaned up the entire work area at the end of their job to the point that I stood there and admired how clean and beautiful they had left their working space (last pic). Couldn’t be happier! The communication with Avi was impeccable, he responded to all my questions in the matter of minutes if not seconds! 😄 If you want to have your job done promptly and properly I recommend this team of hard workers. They get A+ from me! Thank you!

Ben came to our residence to review our roofs for replacement! After reviewing the roofs he let us know that they still had life in them and did not require replacement at this time! He then explained all the reasons why the roofs did not need replacement now! Very impressed with this company! When we do need a roofing company I will definitely call Sol Roofing!

Avi and his team did an outstanding job. He made a very professional inspection and gave us an estimate for repairing our roof that was in line with other estimates we had received. The work was scheduled promptly. On the job day, his team arrived on time. They were super polite and very professional. Unfortunately, they found some problems in the flashing that riased the cost slightly. But Avi very carefully walked us through the problems and explained everything clearly. The price still came in below some other estimates. When the work was done they left everything immaculately clean, including some plaster repair under one of the skylights. We were very pleased.

Usually we start by an initial meeting where we provide a report regarding the condition of the roof. Then the customer gets some info about the company and the total cost of the project.
