When you're hiring a vender that you've never hired before it can be nerve racking especially if they don't have a lot of reviews and even more so if the event is something very important like your wedding. However, I took the plunge after speaking with Ed on the phone. I felt comfortable that Ed understood my needs and would send the right person. He responded immediately with reference requests. He was easily available via phone and text and email for any concerns. He sent a picture of the guard ahead of time and I was even given the option to select a different guard when I deemed that an older guy in his 30s might be better for the job. I was also really happy that the guard came out a couple days in advance of the event date to review the site, get a run down on how to operate our iPad guest list and security cameras and understand his duties. The guard that Ed sent was very nice and followed all of the instructions to the letter. He was dressed very nice in a suit for the event (my wedding) and kept any wedding crashers away from the private event. The rate was competitive, the service professional, and communication excellent and I'd definitely hire this company again to guard an event in the future. I was very happy with Protection Force Private Security.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our guards monthly with our in-house training seminars led by our training manager who is a prior LAPD sergeant.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our board has been in the security industry for 20 years to date. We have a prior LAPD sergeant who handles our training and field Operations. This is something we all feel like we were meant to do and we work every day with pride and veracity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our company does security for every type of business imaginable. Just to give you an idea of the type of projects we are currently doing: city parks, hotels, residential properties (apartments and HOAs), county offices, sheriff courts, Lottery distribution centers, industrial plants, meat production plants, restaurants, supermarkets, construction sites, and more.
