- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the cheapest in the business. Now we understand she doesn’t mean always great quality. But the reason why we’re less expensive than our competitors or other solar sales consultants it’s because we don’t upsell the customer. We do not work for the solar companies we are partner with them therefore our prices are always lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically sit down with a customer find out their goals how much utility bills they are paying, and find out what sort of results are they looking for by going solo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
