I was stressed about filing my taxes this year (2020) and was fortunate to find Michael Navarro on THUMBTACK. He responded to my inquiry right away and simplified the process by asking a few questions and explaining every step of the way. Everything was processed electronically... COVID19 safe.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think the most important thing is building an open relationship with open communication. If there’s something you don’t know you should be able to ask your accountant. That includes pricing, not just information and advice.
