I had an excellent experience with OYS Cleaning Services! Ben arrived right on time and did an incredible job bringing my very dirty white sectional couch back to life. I honestly didnt think some of the stains would come out, but he was able to remove them and make the couch look presentable again.From start to finish, Ben was professional, courteous, and communicative. He kept me informed before, during, and after the service, and even took the time to provide detailed care instructions to help keep my couch looking its best.Its rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and delivers on their promises. Our pricing depends on the type, size, material, and condition of the item being cleaned. We always aim to be transparent about pricing before starting the work. Some stains, pet odor treatments, or specialty fabrics may require additional treatment. We also offer discounts when multiple items or services are cleaned during the same appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about what needs to be cleaned and the condition of the items. Photos can also be helpful when providing an initial estimate. Once scheduled, our technician inspects everything on site, explains the recommended cleaning process and pricing, and gets the customer’s approval before starting any work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
