Our pricing is fair and competitive, based on the size and needs of each event. We consider factors such as guest count, service hours, location, and parking logistics to provide the right staffing and smooth service. We believe in charging honest rates for professional, reliable valet parking, and we are always clear about pricing upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by gathering all the important details about the event, such as the type of event, estimated number of guests, guest arrival pattern, parking availability, neighborhood restrictions, and any special requests or concerns. When necessary, we also visit the event location to review the site and plan the most effective valet setup. Based on that information, we provide a detailed quote with our recommended staffing, service schedule, estimated vehicle capacity, and pricing. We focus on making the process smooth, professional, and well organized from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in the parking industry, with training rooted in real-world valet operations for private events, weddings, corporate functions, restaurants, hotels, and upscale residential properties. Our team is trained in safe vehicle handling, parking management, guest service, traffic control, and event logistics. This practical experience has prepared us to work professionally in a wide range of environments, from intimate gatherings to large, high-traffic events requiring organized and efficient parking service.
