Melanie's team (Stephanie and McKenna) was far and away the most valuable team at my wedding. Melanie had great questions and suggestions during our introductory call that helped shape the plan for the day. Her staff arrived prepared and ready to help. My guests told me that their service was polite and responsive; any issues that arose, they took care of immediately. I briefed them on a high-level plan, but ultimately they took charge of what needed to be done on their own so that we could enjoy the party. They checked in with me regularly, and ensured that we kept on-schedule. I was particularly grateful that they quietly began cleanup activities ahead of time, so that we finished cleanup in time for our venue's end time. I will be recommending Melanie's to everyone I know!

If I could choose all 5 items as 5 stars for Melanie's and team, I would. I feel so fortunate to have found Melanie on Thumback. After several extremely bad interviews with other vendors, Melanie was like a breath of fresh air. I am not an event planner, but I was doing most of the decoration purchases and other planning (catering etc.) on my own. By the time I reached out to Melanie, I was in quite a bad state as I was not sure how the timing would work with everything that needed to be coordinated the day of my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. Melanie was calm, professional, and really leaned into my communication style which is primarily online as I have so many meetings during the day (and when I needed to connect by phone - she was immediately there as well!). Her team was equally amazing, and I felt well taken care of. I setup an "example" table, and when I came back from the service - everything in the room was exactly how I had visualized. They also ensured that I never felt like I needed to lift a finger and repeatedly told me to try to enjoy the event. I have Melanie and team on my list for my son's Bar Mitzvah in a few years - I'm so thankful to them!
