I hired Melanie for my husband’s 50th birthday party with 32 guests, and she and her team exceeded expectations. They arrived promptly, set up seamlessly, and worked tirelessly throughout the event. Melanie’s drinks, especially her smoked old-fashioned, were absolutely delicious and beautifully garnished. Her vibrant personality and positive vibe truly elevated the atmosphere. If I could choose all 5 items as 5 stars for Melanie's and team, I would. I feel so fortunate to have found Melanie on Thumback. After several extremely bad interviews with other vendors, Melanie was like a breath of fresh air. I am not an event planner, but I was doing most of the decoration purchases and other planning (catering etc.) on my own. By the time I reached out to Melanie, I was in quite a bad state as I was not sure how the timing would work with everything that needed to be coordinated the day of my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. Melanie was calm, professional, and really leaned into my communication style which is primarily online as I have so many meetings during the day (and when I needed to connect by phone - she was immediately there as well!). Her team was equally amazing, and I felt well taken care of. I setup an "example" table, and when I came back from the service - everything in the room was exactly how I had visualized. They also ensured that I never felt like I needed to lift a finger and repeatedly told me to try to enjoy the event. I have Melanie and team on my list for my son's Bar Mitzvah in a few years - I'm so thankful to them!
