- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the size, condition, access, and exact scope of the job. I provide a clear estimate before starting, and there are no surprise charges. Sending a few photos helps me give a faster and more accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for the address, a short description, and a few photos of the project. I confirm the scope, price, and preferred time, arrive with the proper equipment, complete the work carefully, and review the result with the customer before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than five years of hands-on experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter and roof cleaning, and exterior property care. I have worked with different surfaces, building layouts, and levels of buildup, so I know when to adjust the method and pressure to protect the property.
