I’m Ory, owner of Tangerine Window Co, based in Woodland Hills. After 15 years in tech I wanted work where you can see the result the moment you finish, and nothing shows a result like clean glass. What you can expect: I arrive when I say I will, I’m insured with $1M in liability coverage, and I treat your home with care, shoe covers and drop cloths inside, and I clean up after myself. You get a clear price before I start, not after. For exterior cleaning you don’t need to be home. Streak-free guarantee: if anything isn’t right, tell me within a week and I’ll come back and fix it at no charge. I work on single and two-story homes, including large sliders and hard-to-reach glass, plus storefronts and listing-ready cleans for real estate agents. Quarterly plans available if you’d rather have it handled year-round.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of windows and whether you want inside and out or exterior only. Screens, tracks and frames are always included. You get a firm price before I start, and it doesn’t change unless you add work on the spot. Minimum visit is $199. Quarterly plans get a lower per-visit rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send me a few photos or a rough window count, and I send you a price the same day. We pick a time, I show up when I said I would, and for exterior-only you don’t need to be home. When I’m done you get before-and-after photos and a receipt by email.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 15 years in tech I wanted work where you see the result the moment you finish. Window cleaning is exactly that. I started Tangerine Window Co in Woodland Hills in 2026 and I do every job myself.
