Introduction: The Yoga Loft is a unique neighborhood studio where people come together to learn and practice the teachings of yoga — an oasis from the everyday challenges of life. The teachers at the Yoga Loft represent several styles of hatha yoga and each has a unique gift and approach, linking mind, body and spirit while respecting the emotional, physical, mental and energetic needs that are unique to each person and realizing that the joy of yoga unfolds over time. We offer the benefits of private coaching in small group classes. In this way, the teachings of yoga can be passed on from teacher to student in a context where each person’s journey of self-discovery is supported and nurtured.
