I can’t say enough good things about Jairo and Hella Comfort Heating and Air. My AC started blowing hot air on a day when it was over 95 degrees, and of course it happened right in the middle of the summer heat. I reached out to Jairo and he got back to me right away and came out that same day. I was honestly so grateful that he made the time to help me because it was HOT!
What made me feel even better about calling him was that Jairo had helped me with my AC about a year before. He was able to get it running again at the time, but he was also honest with me and warned me that my system was getting old and would eventually give out. He never tried to pressure me into replacing it then, which I really appreciated. He just gave me a heads-up so I knew what to expect. Sure enough, a year later, he was right!
It’s hard to find people you really trust when it comes to home repairs, and that’s what I appreciate most about Jairo. He’s responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and just really easy to work with. When something goes wrong with my heating or AC, it’s nice knowing I already have someone I can call and trust.
I’m very thankful for Jairo and would absolutely recommend Hella Comfort to my friends and family!

My A/C went out the day before the 4th of July. I got on this app and Jairo reached out to me right away. He asked me questions so he could get an idea of what was going on. He came out the next day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. I needed a whole new unit. Jairo was very caring he checked my portable unit to make sure we had some kind of cooling as is was 90 and my daughter just had a spine surgery. He said he would be out the next day if he was able to get the equipment since it was a holiday weekend. We’ll be called me the next morning saying his guys will be there. Kevin and Ismael came and were professional and explained what they were going to do and got to work. The put in a new thermostat and they explained how to work it. Levi’s and Ismael were great. Jairo called to see if I had any questions if I understand everything and if I had questions to reach out to them. Jairo really cares about he customers as well as making sure his work is perfect and that the customer is happy. I can’t thank Hella Comfort enough for doing this so quickly and I’m happy as ever. I would definitely use them again.

I received a response right away and was able to get a tech out same day. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Our AC was back up and running within an hour. Hoping we won’t have to call back for another fix right away, but I will be reaching out again if the need should arise. We also got some great feedback on how we can fix issues that the builder neglected to address in their design. Future project.

I always like to have an in depth conversation about what you are looking for in system options and also like to know about how comfortable you are in your home. Then we can set expectations so I can give you some options based on what we have talked about.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. I started in this industry at the age of 19. I decided to get into a trade that I knew would be around for a long time and people would need it for the foreseeable future. Over these years of working in the HVAC industry I have seen a lot and learned so much.
