What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate. Continued services like rendering, staging or other scopes may require additional fees but I will work with whatever my clients’ needs are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a relationship with them first to fully understand what design concepts they like and come up with a style that is functional and that will fulfill all of their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design.
