Introduction: Because i'm just trying to make a living. i'm not trying to empty your wallet just enough to make ends meat, my wages are Min 1.5 hour work for any drive time and work done. At 30$ an hour that's going to be45$ for service and you purchase any parts needed. if you need me to just handle the whole purchase, ordering, installing, and redeliver of your item back to your address I'll sit down and order the parts that i'll need for your item with you there at your expense and all i will charge is my Min 2 hours work if work ends up being over the 2 hours then its just the standard 30$ per hour needed for work, many and most items i have done do not take near the full 2 hours of work but with software installations and drive time, being time consuming and not really work i figure the min 2 hour work is completely fair, if i end up not being able to fix your item no charge for any services. I love technology bottom line and customer service i'm a very nice friendly happy go lucky person that just wants to make it in this world. and my expertise is technology

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
its simple call me with a laptop that needs say a screen repaired, you live in Sacramento I'm coming from Yuba city, so hour drive round trip one day, to diagnose and order the screen, when the screen gets to your address you txt or call me i drive back to you another 1 hour for driving i will sit down and repair your screen, and its going to cost you 60$ for my services and you will pay about 60$ for the screen, so 120$ total for the full job, if i have the screen in stock then i'll cut you a deal on it so it just depends on if i have the screen or not if i do have the screen i'll be able to fix it all in one trip. anything i come to you for it will be a min of 2 hour labor charge 60$

I'm taking a semester off, but yes i'm normally full time student at Yuba college, working t words my degree in IT

its just always interested me how things work, and why so since i was little i tore things apart to learn
