- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
its simple call me with a laptop that needs say a screen repaired, you live in Sacramento I'm coming from Yuba city, so hour drive round trip one day, to diagnose and order the screen, when the screen gets to your address you txt or call me i drive back to you another 1 hour for driving i will sit down and repair your screen, and its going to cost you 60$ for my services and you will pay about 60$ for the screen, so 120$ total for the full job, if i have the screen in stock then i'll cut you a deal on it so it just depends on if i have the screen or not if i do have the screen i'll be able to fix it all in one trip. anything i come to you for it will be a min of 2 hour labor charge 60$

I'm taking a semester off, but yes i'm normally full time student at Yuba college, working t words my degree in IT
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
its just always interested me how things work, and why so since i was little i tore things apart to learn
