3xm service sent out there technician to resolve an issue I have been dealing with on my treadmill. 2 previous companies could not resolve, they figured out right away what it was, and they fixed it without needing to order any parts. Very professional and keeper my house clean which I really liked. Thanks 3xm.

The technician that came out was incredibly professional. A lot is changing with Covid and the technician followed all the protocol that has been issued. Which I really appreciate. He did a full diagnostic and found our treadmill needed a motherboard for our. He gave me the part name and number from my manual. He came back later to install it, and we had our treadmill up and running. Great customer service and professionalism. Thanks again
