Qworks did an excellent job catering my Mother in Law's Celebration of Life. We ordered the cheese and cracker platter and anti-pasta skewers for appetizers. For lunch we had "the works" which included tri-tip and grilled chicken, with salad, green beans with roasted tomatoes and their cheesy potatoes. The beverage package included cucumber water, strawberry lemonade, ice tea and coffee service. They even stayed and served our guests and hand carved the tri-tip. Qworks catered our wedding. Everything was perfect. We had our event in the high desert and they were able to get everything to us without a problem. Their entire staff was incredibly friendly. Above all the excellent customer service is the DELICIOUS BBQ. All of our guests raved about the food. The tri tip was cooked to perfection and the cheesy potatoes had people lining up for seconds. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do have a Standard Menu & Price list but we can do so much more. Please let me know what you have in mind. We have done shrimp and crab boils, October Fest, Cornish Game Hens, Pecan Crusted Orange French Toast, Country Breakfast with homemade sausage gravy. Brunch to Cobbler.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to make this a simple process of connection and communication to discuss a menu and budget to fit your needs. I like to provide a written estimate that includes the menu and desired services. We are easy to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Years of cooking together has honed our craft and skill. We are blessed to have a Chef that enjoys working in our staff that challenges us to explore new and exciting dishes. We are always reviewing new recipes from many different sources.We have a recipe system that is second to none for contunity and quality of our dishes.
