- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and condition of the job. I always try to keep prices fair and competitive while providing quality work. Discounts may be available for recurring lawn maintenance, multiple services, or larger jobs. Free estimates are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer about the work they need done and any specific requests they have. Then I provide a quote and schedule a time that works best for them. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, complete the work professionally, and make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, detailing, junk removal, and customer service. Most of my training comes from real-world experience, learning proper techniques, equipment handling, and paying attention to detail on every project.
