We have two dogs that Serena grooms. They came to her after having been traumatized by other groomers; hung by the neck off the stand and one had 1/4 of an inch cut off the bottom edge of his ear. Needless to say, they are nervous about grooming. Having Serena come to our home minimizes the anxiety for them. And she ALWAYS goes above and beyond!!! It's so nice to have convenience and awesome service!

Serena is wonderful. She groomed my 16+ year old Shih Tzu for me and not only did he look handsome she was wonderful with him. I have found a lot of groomers do not have the patience to work with Senior dogs. Serena is amazing with them, she not only does an excellent job grooming them (including not nicking all those little warts) but she is a dog whisperer of older dogs and makes them feel calm and relaxed. She also grooms our Husky and what a difference a quality grooming can make on getting rid of all that undercoat. I highly recommend her for all of your grooming needs. Dixie

Serena has been our dog groomer now for a year. She is so patient and sweet with the dogs. Mimi, our Corgi fluff, had a bad first experience with a different mobile groomer, so she was a bit nervous for her first visit with Serena. That visit, and every one since has been wonderful. The dogs now just jump into the trailer for their baths and hair cuts. Serena has a great understanding of dogs, and a love for animals in general, and it shows in her work. I have such confidence in her that I even called her to come out to shear a pet sheep for me! I would never use any other groomer for my animals.

Wow! Serena, you are the BEST! Thank you for saving my dogs. Five hours on your knees, shaving the matted fur and cleaning the infected areas of skin for the St. Bernards that we adopted was work! I could never have handled that on my own. You were so gentle and compassionate with the dogs, knowing when they could take more and when they needed a break. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to realize that in anything (and especially in the grooming industry) you get what you pay for. I get calls from people that have gotten a 'cheap' groom and then are very upset with the results. It always saddens me. A GOOD professional grooming is not cheap. You will be much happier with the results if you look for a quality groomer vs a cheaper groomer.
