Valarie is a lovely, charming, enthusiastic person who's joys and excitement brim over into everything she touches. This includes her clients. Meeting with a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner was something I'd never considered until meeting her. Even though it seemed unusual, her unique blend of brains, brilliance, and bubbles made it seem just like the thing to do. I will be forever grateful for her support. My health has improved tremendously both physically and mentally. I expected my physical health to improve with my cleaned up diet, but I didn't expect to clean up my mind as well. I find myself feeling safe, positive, and empowered. Our work together helped me to uncover my heart and my spirit in ways that I hadn't examined before. I find myself feeling more peaceful and assured in the headiest of whirlwinds. I have a busy managerial position at a major corporation with demanding deadlines, high stress levels, long hours, and a corporate environment that is not conducive to a laid back restful mentality. And yet, I find it in my life on a regular basis. Working with Valarie improved my body (10 pound weight loss with no real effort and plenty of enjoyment at the new and varied foods) It also improved my mind (10 pound baggage weight loss with real effort and plenty of enjoyment at the new and varied world) I highly recommend working with Valarie!

Valarie coached me for several weeks and helped me really get in touch with myself and my needs. She also helped me navigate the people, opportunities and circumstances in my life and make the best decisions possible. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with an Exploratory Session which consists of you and I talking and/or you filling out an intake form to establish what your desired outcome is and then establishing a customized plan if we are a good fit to work together.
