Chef Tj did a fantastic job catering my wedding. Worked with our budget to make it affordable, but still delicious! Was able to work with last minute changes without a complaint and was quick to answer any questions we had. The carrots were an absolute hit along with the rest of the food choices we went with. Would definitely hire Chef Tj again! Thank you for making an amazing buffet dinner for us!

I originally reached out to Chef TJ with a short notice request to cater 20 people on Valentine’s Day. Not only was he extremely responsive to my request he also helped select the perfect pairing for our dinner. He was very communicative throughout the process and up to the day of the catering. When the day arrived he setup a beautiful spread for our family. There was an abundance of food for our family. I have to say the salmon was a fan favorite! Thank you, Chef TJ for making our day so special.
