Courtney began her career at the Colorado Public Defender’s Office in 2010. She sharpened her courtroom skills navigating thousands of clients through criminal cases ranging from traffic tickets to the most complex litigation - including homicides, sexual assault, juvenile direct files, arsons and more. Courtney tried more than 50 cases to a jury. Courtney has extensive experience representing both adult and juvenile clients. Before starting her own practice, Courtney worked at Foster Graham Milstein Calisher, LLP as an associate focusing juvenile and criminal defense. Courtney sought a career as an attorney because her desire to help those in need. Her favorite part of practice is getting to know her clients, their story, and working together to meet their goals. Courtney practices with a client-centered focus to ensure the goals of her client are met through rigorous preparation, mitigation and litigation.
