Showed up 45 minutes late but never contacted us to let us know he was still coming. Took one look at the job and said it would require cutting into the cabinet, which was not the case at all—don’t know if he really thought that or if he just decided he didn’t want to do the install, but bad news either way. Another installer did the job in 30 minutes.
