Kristen is the most dedicated trainer I have worked with. She works with me on a daily basis to achieve my goals while constantly pushing me to do more! Her work outs constantly surprise me and she has taught me that it’s not always about the number on the scale but about small things we do every day to be more healthy! It’s been great training with Kristen! She’s very knowledgeable and is here to help you with your lifestyle change. She makes sure I can still incorporate my favorite foods in my nutrition and pushes me hard in my workouts. She’s really flexible and adaptable to all schedules. While It’s still early in my fitness journey - she really is the best fit for me and I’m excited to see my progress at the end of my time!

Kristen has been an awesome trainer. I started working out with her before my wedding last year and she helped me tone up and lose inches! She is super responsive and always on time and knows just the right amount of push you need. I’ve recently started working out with her again during my pregnancy and she has been super adaptive to focus on my current needs while prioritizing safety. Aside from being a great trainer, she’s a wonderful and enjoyable person to be around and I really love being able to chat with her during our sessions. Can’t say enough great things about Kristen, definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness!!

I took a chance hiring Kristen...and I'm so glad I did! From our 1st phone call, I felt at ease. Kristen is personable, professional & respectful. I just finished my 1st week of training; we train at my home. The workouts are definitely not easy. Kristen pushes me just enough to help me finish each workout strong. I like that Kristen brings equipment & uses the space I have for workouts. She is attentive to my health challenges (neck, back) & willing to customize my workouts to meet my physical needs. I appreciate how Kristen checks in with me, during workouts, to make sure I'm not in pain. I'm excited to continue training with Kristen!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial Consultation: During this session we evaluate your goals, health background and initial measurements. We do a basic needs analysis and get super stoked for the first actual workout! Personal Training Session: Workouts are generated based on clients goals as well as the needs analysis. Personal Training Program: Developed for days working out with the trainer ( i.e. ME) as well as suggested workouts for off days. Nutritional Support Included
