Kristen is a great trainer. She has tailored the workouts to meet my needs and is always willing to make adjustments if anything bothers an old shoulder injury. She is willing to do virtual sessions which work well for me because of my crazy schedule. I mean who has time to drive across town in Denver traffic to get a workout in when you can just as easily do it at home?! 😃

Kristen is the most dedicated trainer I have worked with. She works with me on a daily basis to achieve my goals while constantly pushing me to do more! Her work outs constantly surprise me and she has taught me that it’s not always about the number on the scale but about small things we do every day to be more healthy!     • FREE Initial Consultation * Price is based per hour session * Program is based on your goals and either 2x/week or 3x/ week session program progression

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial Consultation: During this session we evaluate your goals, health background and initial measurements. We do a basic needs analysis and get super stoked for the first actual workout! Personal Training Session: Workouts are generated based on clients goals as well as the needs analysis. Personal Training Program: Developed for days working out with the trainer ( i.e. ME) as well as suggested workouts for off days. Nutritional Support Included
