First let me say that by the time we had met Dave, we had been without a railing for nearly a year after tackling a pandemic stairwell renovation and having our deposit stolen TWICE by two separate contractors. From the start, Dave was responsive, honest, and understanding of our hesitancy from our previous experiences.
