Vasyl was right on time the two times he came to my home. I was having my clothes washer repaired. He spent a couple of hours dismantling the washer and discover the 2 defective parts. We communicated via text and he told me when the new parts arrived. We then made arrangements for the time and day he would come. He was right on time and repaired the washer and verified that it was working as it should. Vasyl was very pleasant to work with and a very nice person. I highly recommend him!

Vasyl was incredibly professional and knowledgable. We have a smart dryer and it was complex troubleshooting-it was a nuanced issue-the smart camera lense was covered in lint so shutting down the heat on the dryer--that I don't believe another repairman would have discovered. I would recommend Vasyl for any repair needs. Fast response, appointment and value.
