My massage style incorporates Somatic Muscle Release Technique which is positional hold modality that moves the body in the direction of its existing pattern to elicit an unwinding response in the tissue. These holds feel very soothing and work wonderfully in between Swedish or Deep tissue flow strokes to offer a lovely mix of relaxation and pain relief/ prevention!
Additionally, I also offer birth chart readings via zoom for folks asking questions about the nature of their life, their purpose, love style and what works well for them in career choices!

I was very pleased with the massage Meredith Rader gave me. I originally signed up for a 60-minute massage but extended it to 90 minutes for her to do more specialized work. I gladly recommend her for people needing a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.
